Falling home prices in Fairfax in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Fairfax fell by $82,750 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $212,500 - a 28% decrease over the $295,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Fairfax in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Fairfax for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,172, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
