Pricing for the median home in Marion decreased during April 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2021 in Marion fell by $17,500 while total sales increased by 14%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2021, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,000 - a 9.5% decrease over the $184,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Marion in April 2020.
