Pricing for the median home in Carlisle decreased during June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Carlisle fell by $250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $132,250 - a 0.2% decrease over the $132,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Carlisle in June 2020, as well.
