Palo median home prices rose by 8.8% in June 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2021 in Palo rose by $20,250 while total sales decreased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $250,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $229,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Palo in June 2020.
