Pricing for the median home in Lisbon decreased during the second quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2021 in Lisbon fell by $3,025 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2021, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,475 - a 1.2% decrease over the $242,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Lisbon in the second quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,006, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the second quarter of 2021.
