July 2021: Home prices in Alburnett fell

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Alburnett fell by $101,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $153,500 - a 39.8% decrease over the $255,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Alburnett in July 2020, as well.
