Pricing for the median home in Mount Vernon increased during July 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2021 in Mount Vernon rose by $99,500 while total sales increased by 180%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2021, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $214,500 - a 86.5% increase over the $115,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Mount Vernon in July 2020.

The median sales tax in Mount Vernon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,654, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for July 2021.
