August 2021: Home prices in Worthington fell

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Worthington fell by $41,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $93,500 - a 30.7% decrease over the $135,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Worthington in August 2020, as well.
