Redfield home prices rose in August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in Redfield rose by $19,250 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $45,000 - a 74.8% increase over the $25,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Redfield in August 2020.
