August 2021: De Soto experienced a 6.3% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in De Soto fell by $11,797 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $174,250 - a 6.3% decrease over the $186,047 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in De Soto in August 2020, as well.
