May 10 sees Congressional Record publish “PRIVILEGED NOMINATION REFERRED TO COMMITTEE” in the Senate section

Volume 167, No. 80, covering the 1st Session of the 117th Congress (2021 - 2022), was published by the Congressional Record.

The Congressional Record is a unique source of public documentation. It started in 1873, documenting nearly all the major and minor policies being discussed and debated.

“PRIVILEGED NOMINATION REFERRED TO COMMITTEE” mentioning Chuck Grassley was published in the Senate section on page S2412 on May 10.

Of the 100 senators in 117th Congress, 24 percent were women, and 76 percent were men, according to the Biographical Directory of the United States Congress.

On request by Senator Charles Grassley, under the authority of S. Res. 116, 112th Congress, the following nomination was referred to the Committee on the Judiciary: Helaine Ann Greenfeld, of Maryland, to be an Assistant Attorney General, vice Stephen Elliott Boyd.
