On Sept. 23, Craig N Bentzen and Stephanie M Dalton purchased a property at 985 Carmel Drive, Dubuque from J. Michael and Sharon L. Faley for $795,000.

This property last sold for $875,000 on June 12, 2013.

So far in September 2021, 99 properties sold in Dubuque.

According to the Iowa Secretary of State, there were seven registered voters residing at 985 Carmel Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ruzdija Ademoski, 54, Dzenisa Bajramoska, 39, Guadalupe Gonzalez Barron, 86, Ibrahim Bajramoski, Adela Bajramoska, Biljaip Bajrmoski, 61, and Jose De La Rosa, 66.
