Median home prices in Runnells fell to $200,000 in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Runnells fell by $130,000 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $200,000 - a 39.4% decrease over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Runnells in the third quarter of 2020.
