How did home prices perform in Altoona during the third quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Altoona rose by $11,450 while total sales decreased by 14.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 121 homes sold, with a median sale price of $244,900 - a 4.9% increase over the $233,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 142 homes sold in Altoona in the third quarter of 2020.
