Rising home prices in Worthington in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Worthington rose by $11,375 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $137,000 - a 9.1% increase over the $125,625 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Worthington in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Worthington for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,578, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
