De Soto median home prices rose by 36.1% in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in De Soto rose by $65,406 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $246,500 - a 36.1% increase over the $181,094 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in De Soto in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in De Soto for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,330, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
