Urbandale (Dallas County) home prices rose in the third quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2021 in Urbandale in Dallas County rose by $34,600 while total sales increased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2021, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $434,500 - a 8.7% increase over the $399,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 63 homes sold in Urbandale in the third quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Urbandale for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,894, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2021.
