Pricing for the median home in Des Moines increased during October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Des Moines rose by $13,325 while total sales increased by 9.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were 456 homes sold, with a median sale price of $171,325 - a 8.4% increase over the $158,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 416 homes sold in Des Moines in October 2020.
