Cascade home prices fell in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Cascade fell by $64,950 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $92,500 - a 41.3% decrease over the $157,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Cascade in October 2020.
