Robins median home prices rose by 27.6% in October 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2021 in Robins rose by $76,500 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $354,000 - a 27.6% increase over the $277,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Robins in October 2020, as well.
