November 2021: Altoona experienced a 18.8% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2021 in Altoona rose by $43,220 while total sales decreased by 46%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2021, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,970 - a 18.8% increase over the $229,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in Altoona in November 2020.
