Pricing for the median home in Altoona increased during December 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Altoona rose by $11,950 while total sales increased by 2.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $234,950 - a 5.4% increase over the $223,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 39 homes sold in Altoona in December 2020.
