December 2021: Perry experienced a 45.5% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Perry fell by $58,500 while total sales remained unchanged with eight homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $70,000 - a 45.5% decrease over the $128,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Perry in December 2020, as well.
