The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Perry fell by $15,750 while total sales remained unchanged with 28 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $96,000 - a 14.1% decrease over the $111,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Perry in the fourth quarter of 2020, as well.
