Pricing for the median home in Pleasant Hill increased during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Pleasant Hill rose by $47,000 while total sales decreased by 40.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 53 homes sold, with a median sale price of $272,000 - a 20.9% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 89 homes sold in Pleasant Hill in the fourth quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Pleasant Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,616, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
