The second half of 2021: Windsor Heights experienced a 17.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Windsor Heights rose by $33,500 while total sales increased by 27.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 87 homes sold, with a median sale price of $228,500 - a 17.2% increase over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Windsor Heights in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Windsor Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,644, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
