Home prices decreased in Runnells during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Runnells fell by $83,800 while total sales decreased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $242,450 - a 25.7% decrease over the $326,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Runnells in the second half of 2020.
