Median home prices in Perry fell to $100,000 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Perry fell by $14,750 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $100,000 - a 12.9% decrease over the $114,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 46 homes sold in Perry in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Perry for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $1,519, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
