Median home prices in Van Meter rose to $209,500 in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Van Meter rose by $14,600 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $209,500 - a 7.5% increase over the $194,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Van Meter in the second half of 2020.
