Pricing for the median home in Granger (Dallas County) decreased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Granger in Dallas County fell by $17,500 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $215,000 - a 7.5% decrease over the $232,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Granger in the second half of 2020.
