The second half of 2021: Granger (Polk County) experienced a 15.5% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Granger in Polk County rose by $44,910 while total sales decreased by 55.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $334,470 - a 15.5% increase over the $289,560 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Granger in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Granger for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $5,246, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
