2021: Redfield experienced a 25.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Redfield rose by $15,950 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $79,300 - a 25.2% increase over the $63,350 median sale price for the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Redfield in 2020.
