December 2021: Home prices in Robins increased

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2021 in Robins rose by $30,250 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $377,750 - a 8.7% increase over the $347,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Robins in December 2020, as well.
