Home prices decreased in Center Point during the fourth quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2021 in Center Point fell by $26,500 while total sales remained unchanged with 20 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 12.8% decrease over the $206,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Center Point in the fourth quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Center Point for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,019, approximately 1.7% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2021.
