Central City median home prices fell by 11.9% in the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Central City fell by $17,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 18 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,500 - a 11.9% decrease over the $142,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Central City in the second half of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Central City for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $2,207, approximately 1.8% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
