Pricing for the median home in Springville increased during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Springville rose by $43,250 while total sales increased by 23.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $173,250 - a 33.3% increase over the $130,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 13 homes sold in Springville in the second half of 2020.
