What happened to the median home price in Lisbon during the second half of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Lisbon fell by $8,500 while total sales decreased by 20%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $186,500 - a 4.4% decrease over the $195,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Lisbon in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Lisbon for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,006, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
