Home prices increased in Center Point during the second half of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2021 in Center Point rose by $5,050 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2021, there were 45 homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 2.5% increase over the $199,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Center Point in the second half of 2020.

The median sales tax in Center Point for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,019, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2021.
