Falling home prices in Central City in 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Central City fell by $24,000 while total sales increased by 17.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 - a 16.1% decrease over the $149,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Central City in 2020.
