2021: Home prices in Robins increased

The median sale price of a home sold in 2021 in Robins rose by $69,750 while total sales decreased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2021, there were 48 homes sold, with a median sale price of $374,000 - a 22.9% increase over the $304,250 median sale price for the previous year. There were 54 homes sold in Robins in 2020.
