On Jan. 18, Boulevard Developments LLC and Boulevard Development LLC sold their home at 1523 Forest Ave., Des Moines to Greater Des Moines Habitat for Humanity for $20,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2017 was $150, 0.75% of the sale price of the home.

So far in January 2022, 193 properties sold in Des Moines.
