On Jan. 11, John W. Grubb (trustee), John W. Grubb (revocable trust), Kimberly D. Grubb (trustee) and Kimberly D. Grubb (revocable trust) purchased a home at 16131 Sharon Court, Urbandale from Acadia Custom Homes LLC for $145,000.

So far in January 2022, five properties sold in Urbandale.
