So far in February 2022, this is the only property that sold in Urbandale as of this publication.

According to the Iowa Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 16037 Oakwood Drive as of Oct. 10, 2020: Raeann C. Block, 32, Anthony Block, and Deborah J. Burch, 35.
