This property last sold on Nov. 8, 2017 for $180,000.

So far in March 2022, this is the only property that sold in Rickardsville as of this publication.

According to the Iowa Secretary of State, there were three registered voters residing at 19344 Route 52 as of Oct. 10, 2020: Joshua Michael Lingenfelter, 25, Pamela K. Lingenfelter, 54, and Rick L. Lingenfelter, 54.
