De Soto home prices rose in March 2022

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2022 in De Soto rose by $12,950 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $218,500 - a 6.3% increase over the $205,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in De Soto in March 2021.
