The first quarter of 2022: Home prices in Redfield increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Redfield rose by $96,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $149,000 - a 181.1% increase over the $53,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Redfield in the first quarter of 2021, as well.
