The first quarter of 2022: Home prices in Granger (Polk County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2022 in Granger in Polk County rose by $57,700 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2022, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $377,700 - a 18% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Granger in the first quarter of 2021.
