On June 2, Gov. Kim Reynolds issued a disaster proclamation for Scott County in response to the partial collapse of an apartment building in Davenport on May 28. The governor's proclamation waives the fees associated with the issuance of a duplicate or substitute driver’s license or non-operator’s identification card for residents affected by the recent apartment building collapse.

You can find a copy of the proclamation here.

Gov. Reynolds previously issued a disaster proclamation on May 29 authorizing state resources to assist with response efforts and activating the Iowa Individual Assistance Grant Program and Disaster Case Management Program for residents impacted by the collapse.
