Nevada woman sentenced to probation for selling counterfeit luxury goods

A woman from Nevada, Iowa, has been sentenced to three years of probation for selling counterfeit Louis Vuitton merchandise. Traci Linn Hubbard, 57, was found to have sold fake Louis Vuitton items at her store, Unique Boutique, in March 2023. Authorities executed a search warrant at the store on March 23, 2023, and seized more than 100 counterfeit items.

In addition to probation, Hubbard must pay $13,800.41 in restitution to Louis Vuitton North America, Inc.

United States Attorney Richard D. Westphal of the Southern District of Iowa announced the sentence. The investigation was conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations.
