Permanent road closure near Granger begins October 21

The Iowa Department of Transportation has announced the permanent closure of NW 114th Street at NW 106th Avenue near Granger, effective Tuesday, October 21. This change is part of ongoing safety and access improvements in the area. Access to NW 114th Street will still be available from NW 102nd Avenue.

Motorists are advised to drive cautiously and adhere to posted speed limits and other signs in the work zone. Traffic fines for violations are doubled in these areas. Drivers should remain alert, maintain safe distances between vehicles, and use seat belts.
